Owner and founder, Phil Gallagher, is originally from the UK. He has 20 years of leadership development experience - acquired on both sides of the Atlantic.
One of the initial members of the SHL partnership, he is also an accredited facilitator of Dr. Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People".

As an experienced senior level manager and leader, Pat Whitehead draws on over 20 years experience of working on high profile issues within both corporate strategic environments and local government service provision.
Pat is an excellent communicator, team builder and leader with conflict resolution skills and is innovative, creative and flexible.

The Way Ahead works in the Greater Baltimore area to help business people and their organizations find the right route to get them from where they are today, to where they want to be, tomorrow.
